developing underwater construction such as:
mooring buoy installation etc, with modern
technology. Mr. Loc has years of experience of
being in charge of the mooring buoy system in
Nha Trang Bay Marine Park – the first marine
park in Viet Nam. This technique has been widely
applied at other Marine parks in Viet Nam.
